Giving a present this Christmas to less fortunate children in Spalding

In association with Beales Department Store and Spalding Voice

Do something amazing this Christmas…

Help us give a present to the less fortuante children in the Spalding & District area.

“We’ll Let Your House, in association with Spalding Voice, Sainsbury’s, Beales Department Store and South Holland District Council are launching this year’s Give a Gift Campaign based on the great success of last year’s generosity from both local businesses and members of the public.

The campaign, which is organised by the team at We’ll Let Your House, provides the opportunity for people in and around Spalding to donate a Christmas present which will be wrapped and given to a child who probably won’t get a Christmas present this year due to financial or social reasons.

We’ll Let Your House are delighted to be part of this campaign as we believe that the real message of Christmas is community, good will and giving. Being a local independent business based in the heart of Spalding’s town centre, this campaign allows us to facilitate or key moral objective in serving and giving something back to the local community in which we operate.

I have always been fortunate in that my family has always been in a position to spoil me at all times of the year, which unknowingly I always took for granted. Now I am a father, I have the opportunity to appreciate the moments of watching your children open a present on Christmas morning, but, also realise the cost implication in doing so.

A lot of people in Spalding and district simply cannot afford such a privilege this year, this is why I urge people to come forward. Those who are in a position to Give a Gift, please donate to the drop points at Spalding Voice, Sainsburys, We’ll Let Your House, Beals Department Store and South Holland District Council Reception and to those who may need some support at this time of year, please get in touch with one of the organising partners of visit and leave your details. There is no shame in asking for a little help for your children this Christmas.”
